The Bristol has launched a new summer menu series, called B-Sides. This $29 three-course menu will be available Sunday through Thursday, and will focus on a single ingredient across the three savory courses.
First up in June - Broccoli will be the featured ingredient in all 3-courses:
1st: Manchego, serrano ham & broccoli croquettes
2nd: Bucatini, braised rabbit & charred broccoli pesto
3rd: Smoked & fried catfish, broccoli slaw & fried peanuts
An optional wine pairing will be available for $19 and the full dinner menu will also be available.
For those already looking ahead, Radishes will be the featured ingredient in July.
