The Bristol's monthly menu series, called B-Sides, is back at it with a riff on their 2020 Chicago Restaurant Week menu. This $29 three-course menu is available Sunday through Thursday and focuses on a single ingredient across three savory courses.
Next up - Bistro Chicken will be the featured ingredient in all 3-courses throughout March:
1st: Chicken and wild mushroom terrine, whole grain mustard cornichon, sourdough toast
2nd: Bib lettuce salad, green goddess dressing, chicken cracklins, fines herbes
3rd: Roasted chicken thigh, pomme puree, bacon lardons, tarragon-chickenjus
Optional wine pairings will be available for $19 and the entire dinner menu will be offered alongside the B-Sides option.
