The Bristol has reemerged in its next iteration under the helm of executive chef Larry Feldmeier and beverage director Christian Shaum. As a next step to catering to the community, The Bristol launched brunch on Sunday, October 11.
The menu includes the following starters and entrees, as well as hand crafted cocktails, wines by the glass, a kids menu and a Bristol Prefix Brunch (Choice of: 1 Starter and 1 Entree with Coffee or Juice for $33).
- Cinnamon Roll
- Coffee Cake with Jam
- Breakfast Sandwich (Prosciutto, Truffle Aioli, Butterkäse, Potato Salad)
- Bristol Omelette (Kentucky Ham, Cherry Tomato, Pepper, Cheddar)
- French toast with Foie (Crème Anglaise, Caramelized Apples + Seared Foie Gras as an add on)
- Cocktail - SPL (Sweet Potato Latte) (Pierre Ferrand Cognac, Ramazzotti Amaro, St. Elizabeth Allspice Dram, Sweet Potato Juice)
The prefix option was created with the neighborhood in mind to provide an affordable option. Brunch is offered on Sundays from 10am-2pm.
