Cochon Volant Brasserie's 'Les Cheeseburger Royale' just got a breakfast upgrade. The burger by executive chef Matt Ayala is now available to order "breakfast style" on an English muffin. This 'secret' menu item features two prime dry aged beef patties, thick cut bacon, confit onion, American cheese, dijonnaise and house pickles, sandwiched between a warm English muffin. For true brunch connoisseurs, an over easy egg can be added for an additional charge. Served with French fries and house made garlic aioli, this 'Breakfast Royale' is your new brunch best friend.

The Breakfast Royale can be ordered by request and is $16.95, served with fries and garlic aioli. An egg can be added for an additional charge of $3.95.
