The Boarding House Hosts a Bubbly Boot Camp Tasting Event

Master Sommelier Alpana Singh host a Bubbly Boot Camp on Tuesday, March 24 from 6:30-8 p.m. in The Boarding House's glamorous Chandelier Bar. Perfect for brides-to-be, at-home entertainers, and sparkling wine fiends, this interactive event teaches guests everything they need to know about the bubbly libation and prepares them to select sparkling wines for any occasion.

Six sparkling wines will be served during the self-guided, go-at-your-own pace tasting event including:

• Rack & Riddle, Blanc de Blancs - North Coast, California
• Bel Casel Prosecco - Italy
• Raventos Cava - Spain
• Buglioni, Molinara, Brut Rose - Italy
• Chartogne-Taillet, Cuvee Sainte-Anne, Champagne - France
• Roederer Brut Rose, Anderson Valley - California
