The Bar at Hotel Zachary to Host Hispanic Heritage Month Takeover on October 10

The Bar at Hotel Zachary is celebrating Hispanic Heritage Monthwith an evening of guest Latin bartenders, a chef and an artist coming together to showcase the beauty of their culture. Starting at 7 p.m. on Monday, October 10, the evening will include live music, specialty cocktails and a one-night only food menu prepared by guest Chef, Carlos Julian. The night’s menu will allow those in attendance to experience a variety of Latin flavors, with dishes like Ceviche de Camaron, Smoked Chicken Empanadas with Chimichurri, and more. Guests can pair these recipes with a crafted cocktail from guest bartenders, with appearances from Augustina Sofo, Jorge Andres Vallejo, Carolina Gonzales, and Luis Estrada. Cocktails will feature spirits from Diageo Spirits. While guests sip and dine, they’ll also be immersed in an art pop-up and live painting experience with local Chicagoan, Ashley Huicochea.
