The Art of Sake Cocktails with Imperial Lamian

Imperial Lamian invites cocktail lovers for an interactive and behind the scenes look at crafting sake cocktails on Saturday, March 25 from 3-5 p.m. With recipes and spirit knowledge from Beverage Director Paul Ballesteros, attendees can get shakin’ and stirrin’ for a hands on experience highlighting the art of sake cocktails. During the class, guests sip on four handcrafted concoctions and indulge in dim sum pairings from the kitchen, all while learning how to craft inventive cocktails made with the boozy favorite.
