Dishes you can expect to find include: Foie Gras Brulee with Sour Cherries, Pistachios and White Port Gelee, and Roasted Maine Lobster with Black Truffle Butter and Crispy Potatoes.

PUMP Room’s decadent entrees have been paired with innovative large format cocktails, such as the “Bird Cage” hand crafted by mixologist Mea Leech.

Of course, you cannot forget about dessert before making those NYE resolutions. Pumpkin Creme Brûlée and Pomegranate Sorbet will be served for dessert.
