At the Table

The art and science inspired restaurant located within Hotel EMC2, the Albert, is honoring great inventors, artists and scientists past this “Inventor’s Month” with a special chefs tasting menu. For $95 per person, diners may indulge in chef-crafted dishes – each correlating to a famous artist, scientist or invention. From Shrimp Dejoung invented at the World’s Fair in Chicago to a Tempura Maitake Mushroom as an homage to the restaurant’s namesake, Albert Einstein, whom was recorded to have eaten mushrooms three times per day, the special menu will invoke a deep curiosity and appreciation for all things. An optional wine pairing will be available for guests for an additional $45 per person.
