The Albert Develops New Cocktail for National Chemistry Week

The Albert, the restaurant and bar located in Hotel EMC2, is giving back to the science community with a special cocktail offering for National Chemistry Week (October 21-27). In honor of this year’s theme being Outerspace, the Albert has created a visual cocktail titled In Orbit, which features gin, crème de cacao, egg white, and blue pea flower. Ten percent of proceeds from this cocktail will be donated to the American Chemical Society.
