the Albert Chicago Announces Sparkling Wine 101 Event Tuesday, February 26

The Albert Chicago has announced a special event, Sparkling Wine 101, taking place on Tuesday, February 26 from 6pm-9pm. the Albert’s Sommelier, Mai Pham, will take patrons through the theory of sparkling wine with different styles of “bubbly” and a food pairing of seven courses courtesy of the Albert’s Executive Chef Larry Feldmeier. Tickets to the event are $85 a person and can be purchased on Eventbrite.
