In celebration of National Dessert Month in October, the Albert Chicago will be offering the Baked Amazon with Mango-Camu Camu Frozen Yogurt, Chocolate Cake, and Torched Meringue ($15), courtesy Executive Pastry Chef Allison Schroeder. One dollar from each Baked Amazon sold will be donated to the Amazon Conservation Association.
