The Albert has revealed an array of fall culinary offerings that include a carb-filled menu geared to runners of the Bank of America Chicago Marathon; an all-day Thanksgiving buffet and Thanksgiving Dinner To-Go; and autumn cocktail classes to explore a spectrum of spirits and entertaining.

CHICAGO MARATHON MENU 

  • Available October 4-8, 2023
  • Cost: $38 per person, or $48 per person with one glass of wine 

In celebration of the Bank of America Chicago Marathon, the Albert presents a special menu October 4-8, 2023. Priced at $38 per person , the carb-centric menu is informed by Chef Chiappetti’s Calabrian heritage and features:

  • Starters for the Table
    • Arugula salad with beets, aged goat cheese, red onion, and balsamic dressing
    • Seared ahi tuna loin served with Calabrian chili aioli
  • Choice of Pasta
    • Braised short rib ravioli with candied walnuts and cacio e pepe
    • Tagliatelle with rich Bolognese
    • Garganelli with braised shrimp, peas and lobster cream sauce
    • House-made gnocchi with fresh tomato and pesto
  • Dessert
    • Flourless dark chocolate cake with fresh berries

THANKSGIVING DAY ALL-DAY BUFFET 

  • Thursday, November 23, 2023 from 11:30 a.m. to 8 p.m.
  • Cost: $65 per person 

On Thursday, November 23, 2023, the buffet will feature both traditional and new options, stations filled with house-made crostini and flatbreads, cured meats and cheeses, salads, house-made pastas, carving stations, freshly baked pies and cakes and more. 

  • Roasted turkey with cranberry stuffing, mashed potatoes, and honey-glazed carrots    
  • Stuffed pork loin with apple compote and mustard glaze
  • Herb-crusted red snapper served with caper brown butter sauce
  • Roasted dry-aged prime rib accompanied by au jus
  • ...and more

THANKSGIVING DINNER TO-GO

  • Order Deadline: November 18, 2023
  • Order Pickup: November 22, 2023 from the Albert
  • Cost: $130 (serves four)

Chef Chiappetti and his team have created a menu which includes a choice of olive-poached turkey or prime rib, stuffing, mashed potatoes, Calabrian roasted carrots, slow-roasted beets, Italian salad, freshly baked rolls and – for dessert – caramelized pumpkin roll.

Orders must be placed no later than Saturday, November 18 at OpenTable. Feasts will be delivered with complete heating and serving instructions and can picked up from the Albert between noon and 5 p.m. on Wednesday, November 22.

  • $60 per person
  • Join Chef Steve Chiappetti and the Albert’s lead mixologist to learn the art of Italian-inspired holiday meals, as well as how to craft a holiday punch.
