The Albert is celebrating the end of summer with a special “Great Lakes Garden Party on the Terrace” on Tuesday, August 27 at 7PM. Courtesy of Executive Chef Larry Feldmeier, guests will be offered passed canapes from 7PM to 8PM, as well as a five-course meal and drinks infused with flavors inspired by the Great Lakes region beginning at 8PM. Highlights on the menu include Heirloom Tomato with Ground Cherry and Rooftop Herb; Potato Pancake with Trout Roe and Creme Fraiche; Chicken Liver Mousse with Schmaltz Crust and Chicken Jus; Smoked Sturgeon Patio Punch with Sour Corn and Shishito Pepper; Honey Chamomile Semifreddo with Bee Pollen and Stone Fruit; and Cherry Pie with Grilled Corn Ice Cream and MintTickets to the event are $125 per person.
