Elliott Bambrough hosts the 20th annual Chicago’s Best WingFest on Saturday, April 13, 2019  from 12:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m with special wing eating competition guest host, Chicago Fire’s Miranda Rae Mayo. The event will be held at Credit Union 1 Arena, formerly known as UIC Pavilion (525 S. Racine Ave.).

Chicago’s Best WingFest 2019 will accommodate more than 3,000 chicken wing lovers, serving 9,000 plus pounds of wings from over 40 different restaurants for the title of Best BBQ, Hot, Exotic, Mild, & Best of the Fest.

The 2019 vendors include: Tap House Grill, Half Day Brewing Company, The Broken Barrel Bar, Q’s Tips & Wings, The Hotwing Joint, Downtown Dogs, Esella Negra, Buffalo Wings & Rings, Rack House Kitchen & Tavern, Paisans Pizzeria & Bar, Half Sour, South Branch Tavern Grille, Anthony’s Coal Fired Pizza, McWethy’s Sports Bar, The CrossRoads Bar & Grill, Chicago Wingz, Boulevard Sports Lounge, The Fifty 50, Bangers & Lace, Bounce Sporting Club, Bliss Culinary Heaven, Granero, Lucky Klucker, Butch McGuire’s, The Red Barn Restaurant & Brewery, Hangry’s, Bulldog Ale House, Flo & Santos, Son of a Butcher, Surf’s Up, House of Blues, Mikkey’s Retro Grill, The River Kitchen Bar, Park Tavern and Porto’s Peri Peri.

New in 2019:

  • “Best Dressed Booth”: The wings have already been dressed, so now it’s time to dress the booth. Vendors can add some spice and flavor to their booths for a chance to be named Best Dressed Booth

  • Chicago PD vs. Chicago Fire: The competition “heats” up with Chicago Fire’s Miranda Rae Mayo as the host of the  wing eating contest. This year, the Chicago Police Department and the Chicago Fire Department will battle it out for a donation to a local charity.

  • Official Elliott Bambrough After Party: Elliot Bambrough is hosting the official WingFest After Party at 551 Live (551 N. Ogden Ave.), a new live music venue  (formerly Mahoney’s Pub & Grille), featuring Live Band Karaoke from 5 p.m. until 8 p.m. with $4 drink specials and a 551 Live swag giveaway.

General Admission tickets cost $50, which includes admission, all-you-can-eat wings and access to the day’s entertainment, including games, live music, photo opportunities and eating contests. VIP tickets cost $110 and include all of the above, plus access to VIP balconies, seven drink tickets and a SWAG bag.
