Chef Fred Ramos' menu features cider brined roasted turkey, whipped garlic potatoes, classic green bean casserole, cornbread stuffing, bourbon pecan pie with maple whipped cream, and pretzel rolls with honey mustard butter ($85, serves two).
Those who prefer a vegetarian meal may substitute the roasted turkey for cheese lasagna with mushroom bolognese. Additional side dishes may be added for $10 each, as well as extra turkey ($18), and a whole pecan pie ($25). The complete menu is outlined below.
