Prix Fixe Special Events Holiday American Steakhouse South Loop


The Chicago Firehouse restaurant will welcome Thanksgiving celebrants for a three course prix fixe meal. On Thursday, November 28 from 11:30 a.m. to 7 p.m., the South Loop steakhouse will present the choice of starter course (lobster bisque; wedge salad; prosciutto and pear salad; butternut squash soup), entree (Heritage turkey breast; Loch Duart salmon; braised beef short rib; roasted acorn squash) and dessert (bourbon pecan pie; chocolate pot de crème; pumpkin crème brulee; apple cobbler) for $58 per person. Side dishes, served family-style, may be added for $8 each (brioche stuffing; green bean almondine; whipped sweet potatoes; fried brussels sprouts).

Children will be offered a kids' prix fixe menu, also featuring the choice of starter (fruit plate; chicken noodle soup; petite salad), entree (roasted turkey with mashed potatoes; chicken tenders with fries; petite sirloin) and dessert (ice cream sundae; chocolate chip cookies). The price is $15 for children ages 5-12.
