Artango Bar and Steakhouse will welcome Thanksgiving celebrants for a three course prix fixe menu on Thursday, November 28. From 2-10 p.m., dining guests may choose a trio of dishes created by Executive Chef Saul Roman. The menu, detailed below, includes an appetizer (empanadas; ahi tuna ceviche; salad; lobster bisque), entree (stuffed turkey breast; grilled salmon; pasta; NY strip steak; ribeye) and dessert (chocolate cake; flan; gelato). The fee is $55 per adult, and $20 for children ages 6-12. Live Latin music will be performed by the Guillermo Paolisso Trio from 5-8 p.m. The Buenos Aires artists will play a fusion of Latin jazz, Argentine folklore, Brazilian bossa nova and Argentine tango.

Ceviche Ahi tuna, seaweed, huacatay sauce

Ensalada Verde Boston lettuce, frisee, cucumber, zucchini, heart of palm, quail egg

Sopa de Calabaza Pumpkin soup, creme fraiche, pumpkin seeds

Pasta de Langosta Pasta, grilled vegetables, lobster sauce

Pavo Relleno Stuffed turkey breast, mashed potato, seasonal vegetables

Salmon Grilled salmon, quinoa tamale, passion fruit sauce

Bife de Chorizo NY Strip Steak served with homemade chimichurri sauce and mashed potatoes

Ojo de Bife Ribeye steak served with homemade chimichurri and mashed potatoes

Oblivion Chocolate cake and mousse, dulce de leche 

Flan Cinnamon and cardamom-infused flan, dulce de leche, meringue

Argentine Gelato Chocolate, dulce de leche, limoncello, mango, yerba mate
