Walton Street Kitchen + Bar

“I wanted to give people an eye-opening experience on how amazing turkey can taste,” says Chef Leonard, who admits that he, too, wasn’t a fan of turkey growing up. Now it’s a different story as he incorporates various techniques to bring out the holiday bird’s inherent flavors.

Starting in Walton's lounge, guests are invited to mingle with a welcome cocktail in hand. At 7:00 pm, guests will be escorted upstairs to Walton’s private dining room for the wine-dinner that puts the spotlight on turkey.
