The Drake Oak Brook

Kicking off the season with carolers, champagne butler and festive lights strung throughout the gardens, a special Thanksgiving Brunch buffet will include a Raw Bar, Carving Station, Tower of Assorted Treats and options from Sage Stuffing to Bourbon Pecan Pie. The buffet will be available from 10am-4pm. 

West Town Bakery

Thanksgiving items may be pre-ordered for pickup from its website or in-store through a physical form starting on Thursday, October 13 through Wednesday, November 16. Items can be picked up at any of the four West Town Bakery locations during regular business hours on Wednesday, November 23 and Thursday, November 24. Festive Thanksgiving items include jalapeno cream cheese cornbread, Fruity Pebbles pie, pumpkin whoopie pies and more.

The Kitchen American Bistro

The Kitchen hosts a Thanksgiving dinner on Thursday, November 24. The meal begins with a Welcome Board; choices of a Harvest Salad or Fire-Roasted Butternut Squash Bisque; Roasted Whole Turkey or Roasted Red Kuri Squash; and includes all the accompaniments: Parker House Rolls, Roasted Butternut Squash, Seared Brussels Sprouts, Roasted Sweet Potatoes, Braised Greens. For dessert, a choice of Brown Butter & Caramelized Honey Pumpkin Pie or Apple Galette.

Pricing is $99.50 per adult and $45.50 for children aged 12 and under. Reservations are required and can be made via Tock.

The Signature Room at the 95th

This year, tables are available from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. (last seating at 4:30 p.m.) and can be booked on Open Table. Reservations are required. The cost is $85 per person ($35 for children, 4 to 12 years old, 3 years under free). The three course menu includes starters like Caesar Salad and Roasted Butternut Squash & Coconut Bisque; mains such Roast Pastured Turkey Breast with Turkey Confit, Green Beans, Mushroom Gravy and Pan Seared Halibut with Braised Artichokes, Vegetables, Basil Pistou; traditional sides include Turkey Sausage StuffingButtery Whipped PotatoesFlash Fried Brussels Sprouts and Roasted Broccoli; and for dessert, Pumpkin PieMutsu Apple CrispCrème Brûlée and Local Pecan Tart. Coffee and tea are included and a specialty seasonal cocktail will also be offered. The Lounge will be open from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. with the Kitchenette opening at noon.

  • For the entire month of November, Frontier will be offering turkeys and sides that are available for pick-up, delivery, and in-house. Turkey size options range from 7-8 pounds, 15 pounds, and 20 pounds, along with an assortment of side options that serve 8-10 guests. All orders must be submitted by Friday, November 18th and will be available for pickup on Tuesday-Thursday the week of Thanksgiving. Cold orders will be available for pick up on Tuesday, November 22nd and Wednesday, November 23rd from 2-6 PM + hot items will be available for pickup on Thanksgiving Day from 9 AM-12 PM. This year, in addition to their regular menu of seafood entrees, Truluck's Rosemont will offer a traditional three-course Thanksgiving feast of turkey with sides and a selection of desserts (menu attached). Good Ambler 

Order specialty pies by Chef Kevin McCormick to celebrate the holiday.

  • Banoffee Pie - This pie is a version of the English classic consisting of a banana rum flambé covered in caramel mousse, and sits on top of a peanut butter cookie crust. It is then top it off with a chocolate caramel mousse and chocolate covered peanuts.  
  • Basque Cake - This butter cake is filled with Michigan cherries and a Tahitian vanilla cream.
  • Apple “Pie” - Inspired by the classic Tarte Tatin, this “pie” features caramelized apples that sit on top of a spiced sable breton and is topped off with a vanilla bean whipped cream.  
  • Pumpkin Pie - This velvety, textured spiced pumpkin pie has a caramelized top and sits inside of a tender butter crust.

Priced at $75.00 per person, diners can select a three-course menu. Farmhouse Evanston

This Thanksgiving Day, Farmhouse offers a buffet including all traditional options and even a few seasonal specials. For $49.00 for adults, and $23.00 for children 10 and under, families can order a buffet style menu for the whole family. Looking for dinner for one? State and Lake Chicago Tavern

In honor of the holiday, the contemporary gastropub is offering a three-course prix-fixe meal with options like butternut squash soup, harvest salad, heirloom roasted turkey, roasted root vegetable in papillote, and pumpkin pie. This special holiday menu is $42 per person. Reservations can be made on OpenTable. 

Michael Jordan’s Steak House Chicago

For the holiday, the restaurant will be offering Slagel Family Farm roasted Turkey with sweet potato purée, garlic mashed potatoes, cranberry orange sauce and dressing ($45). If the table still has room after such a feast, order a round of MJ’s favorite 23 Layer Chocolate Cake. Michael Jordan’s Steak House Chicago will be open 3pm-11pm. Soul & Smoke

Guests can order from the traditional Thanksgiving offerings, such as the Herb Roasted Turkey Breast, Cajun Smoked Turkey Breast, Traditional Herb Stuffing, Chef Carter’s Signature Mac & Cheese and all the traditional fixings. In addition, Chef is offering guests the opportunity to order less traditional menu items. Guests can choose from barbecue options such as Smoked Pulled Pork, Smoked Beef Brisket or Housemade Pastrami or opt for a game meat alternative of Braised Duck Quarters and pair it with Braised Brussels Sprouts and Candied Yams. Soul & Smoke is offering to-go pickup at all three locations – Evanston, Avondale, and Time Out Market on Wednesday, November 23. Thanksgiving Day pickup is available in Evanston-only with a $500 order minimum. All menu items will be chilled and come with reheating instructions. All pre-orders can be placed on Tock.

Stan’s Donuts & Coffee

Hannah's Bretzel

Hannah’s Bretzel has released two new sandwiches for the holiday season, the Thanksgiving 365 and the Christkindl sandwich. The Thanksgiving 365 sandwich is made with Applegate farms antibiotic and growth hormone-free smoked turkey, soft ripened brie, romaine hearts and a housemade cranberry chutney on freshly baked organic whole grain baguette (or wecken). The Christkindl Sandwich is made with German speck, sliced organic apples, feta cheese, arugula, and fig chutney with a drizzle of organic apple balsamella on a house made organic bretzel baguette (or wecken).

BLVD Steakhouse

Priced at $75.00 per person, BLVD Steakhouse will be offering Thanksgiving meals to-go, for pickup on both Wednesday 11/23 and Thursday 11/24. The menu consists of Baby Greens, Brussel Sprouts, PQB Sourdough Stuffing, Roasted Sweet Potatoes, Mashed Potatoes, Roasted Turkey Breast and finished off with a Pumpkin Pie. All customers will have additional wines by the bottle available for purchase that pair with the full menu. Pre-ordering is available on Tock for both days in addition to the full menu and optional wine add-ons. 

The Dearborn

Priced between $28 to $35, The Dearborn will be offering two select pies to accompany your Thanksgiving dinners. Order 48 hours in advance any day until 11/26 to guarantee yourself an in-house pie. The two pies to select from are the Crispy Phyllo Apple Pie which is a flaky butter crust, spiced gooey apple filling, and crispy phyllo topping. The other is the Hazelnut Chocolate Cream Pie, a chocolate crust, caramel base, hazelnut studded dark chocolate ganache, milk chocolate whipped cream, candied hazelnuts, and crunchy chocolate pearls. 

Bloom Plant Based Kitchen

Priced at $70 per person, Bloom will be offering Thanksgiving to-go only through Tock with pick-up on Wednesday, November 23 from 5-8 p.m. Bloom offers Sweet Corn Arepa, Jackfruit Sofrito and Salsa Verde for starters, along with a Fall Salad featuring brussel sprouts, kale, squash, caramelized mixed seeds, cornbread croutons and sherry tarragon vinaigrette. Bloom’s to-go also includes a Tamal with pumpkin tamal, mole verde, salsah macha and mustard greens, and a Jamaican Walnut Beet Loaf featuring poblano cornbread with maple butter, truffled potatoes, forest mushroom gravy and rosemary cranberry preserve. An Old Fashioned Sweet Potato Maple Pie will be included for dessert.

Lure Fishbar at 21c Museum Hotel Chicago will be offering a three-course Thanksgiving menu, available on Thanksgiving Day. The menu will feature takes on holiday classics such as a Thanksgiving Day Roasted Turkey accompanied by Chestnut-Sage Stuffing, Delicata Squash, Cranberry and Gravy, in addition to sides like Garlic Whipped Potatoes and Brussels Sprouts & Pancetta. Lure Fishbar will also serve an array of specialty dishes including Spinach Stuffed Branzino with Sweet Potatoes, Brown Butter and Lemon and Grilled Filet Mignon with Wilted Swiss Chard and Black Truffle Butter, in addition to a limited menu of Lure classics. Guests can close out the night with desserts such as Toasted Pecan Pie with spiced rum caramel and Pumpkin Pie with cinnamon chantilly cream. Lure Fishbar’s Thanksgiving menu is available for $95/person; kids eat for $42/person.

Chief O’Neill’s Pub & Restaurant, located at 3471 N. Elston Ave, is hosting a Thanksgiving dinner buffet on November 24, 2022 from 12:00 - 5:30 p.m.

  • Seating times for the first floor will be 12:00 / 12:15 /12:30 / 2:15 / 2:30 / 2:45 / 5:30 p.m.
  • Seating times for the second floor will be 1:30 / 3:45 p.m.
  • Each seating time will be for two hours.

The buffet will include a variety of Soup, Salads, Seafood Appetizers, Fruit, Crudité Platters, Carvery & Entrée Selections, a wide selection of side dishes, and desserts. The available soups will be a Roasted Butternut Squash Soup, Chief O’Neill’s Famous Cheese and Guinness Soup, and Maine Lobster Bisque. The seafood appetizers will include Ceviche, Cured Salmon, Shrimp, and Fried Oysters. For an entrée, guests will have the choice of a Smoked Maple Glazed Ham served with Pineapple Rum Raisin Sauce, a Roast Turkey Breast served with Turkey Au Jus Gravy, or a Stuffed Roast Pork Tenderloin served with Orange Cranberry Sauce.

Cody's Public House

Always dog-friendly inside and out, Cody’s Public House in West Lakeview will be open from 5 p.m. to 2 a.m. on Thanksgiving Day. Football fans can catch all the NFL action with sound on eight 65-inch TVs around the bar for a total of 10 throughout the space. 

Cody’s is equipped with several grills in the beer garden and allows guests to grill up all their game day favorites. For the holiday, Cody’s will offer free turkey burgers and brats for guests to grill along with the buns and all the accompaniments, available first come first serve. Cody’s beer garden features TVs, darts and bean bags, and indoors, there is a pool table as well as a Game Room with darts, Big Buck Hunter, Golden Tee and a fireplace. 

Easy Bar

Easy Bar in Wicker Park will open late at 9 p.m. on Thanksgiving for Chicagoans who want a nightcap after the feast. Specials will include $5 Fernet Branca shots, $6 Tito's cocktails, and $9 beer and shot combos.

Oda Mediterranean Cuisine

Oda Mediterranean Cuisine in Andersonville will be open from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. on Thanksgiving Day. Guests can  order Oda’s full menu of Turkish-Georgian fare from Owner and Chef Marina Cardak as well as handcrafted and seasonal cocktails. The menu features mezes like Spicy Hummus with ezme, Babaganoush and a cucumber yogurt Cacik Dip, and retro classics like Beef Stroganoff and Shkmeruli (cornish hen). Guests can expect seasonal specials as well like the Mantar Güveç, a cheesy mushroom casserole which is a traditional Turkish dish prepared in an earthen clay pot called Güveç. 

Sweet Mandy B's

For Chicagoans hosting holiday events this November, Sweet Mandy B’s in Lincoln Park and Streeterville will be open for limited hours on Thanksgiving Day to offer festive holiday treats available for pre-order from Sunday, November 20 through Thursday, November 24 at both locations. 

Sweet Mandy B’s will also feature a special menu of Thanksgiving items like 9-inch pies that serve 6 to 8 people. Flavors include Apple Streusel with fresh apple pie filling, Pumpkin topped with whipped cream, Chocolate Cream with an Oreo crust and chocolate pudding filling, Banana Cream with sliced bananas, Key Lime in a graham crack crust, Pecan, and Apple Cherry Streusel. Other festive items will include Pumpkin, Turkey or ice Cut-out Cookies (Lincoln Park only) and Thanksgiving cakes including a Pumpkin Patch or Turkey Cake available in 6-inch, 9-inch, or 12-inch. The Rambler Kitchen + Tap in North Center will be open from 5 p.m. to 2 a.m. on Thanksgiving Day. They will broadcast all the Thanksgiving Day NFL game action in the weatherproofed outdoor beer garden that accommodates up to 68 guests and is outfitted with a full bar, six TVs and a sound system. Uvae Kitchen & Wine Bar

Uvae Kitchen & Wine Bar in Andersonville is offering custom Charcuterie Boards until Wednesday, November 23. The customizable boards will feature a variety of cheeses, charcuterie and accoutrements. Orders can be placed via TOCK and will be available for pick up until 9 p.m. on the Wednesday before Thanksgiving. City Cruises Chicago is offering several themed cruises. City Cruises Chicago presents a Thanksgiving Day Premier Plus Lunch Cruise & more. 

  • Thanksgiving Day Signature Lunch Cruise (11/24): A holiday lunch buffet and hand-crafted cocktails. Other features include DJ entertainment, views of the Adler Planetarium and Willis Tower, climate controlled interior decks and more. Guests will Board at 2:00pm and Cruise from 2:30pm to 4:30pm.

Thorn Restaurant & Lounge

Thorn Restaurant & Lounge, located in the Rose Hotel Chicago O’Hare, a Tapestry Collection by Hilton hotel (5200 Pearl St.), will be open all day on Thanksgiving from 6 am-11 pm offering their regular menus as well as a Turkey Burger Special. This juicy, mushroom & turkey blended patty is topped with sage stuffing, cranberry sauce, fried onions, and garlic aioli on a potato bun, served alongside fries. Thorn is also offering patrons the opportunity to host an upcoming Friendsgiving in their private dining room which includes a special three-course meal with stylish holiday decor and a champagne toast for a fixed price of $60. 

Chicago Firehouse Restaurant

On Thanksgiving, from 11:30 a.m. to 6:45 p.m., diners will have a selection from a three-course meal, featuring classic Thanksgiving dishes such as butternut squash soup, apple and blue cheese salad, lobster bisque, stuffing, mashed potatoes, and traditional Thanksgiving turkey. Dessert selections include pumpkin and apple pie, plus à la carte additions and family-style sides can be added on. Kids will be treated to a classic meal of chicken tenders and french fries. The menu is also available for pickup between 11:00 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. on Thanksgiving, orders must be placed by Saturday, November 19th at 12 p.m. Tickets are $65 and reservations can made online or by calling 312-786-1401.


Lirica, the Latin and Iberian-inspired eatery overlooking Lake Michigan on Chicago's Navy Pier, will offer a special three-course menu on Thursday, November 24. Available from 5 pm - 8 pm, the menu will include holiday-inspired dishes including Tortilla Espanola to start and a fresh Pumpkin Empanada for dessert. Reservations are available via OpenTable. A limited version of the restaurant's regular chef-curated menu will be available that day. 


For a taste of  Italian flavors mixed into a holiday dining experience, Pacino's in the South Loop will be offering a special Thanksgiving Meal on November 24 for just $55 per person to include slow-roasted, hormone-free organic turkey, served alongside a house-made stuffing, gravy and cranberry sauce. Each plate will be accompanied by a fresh salad, creamy mashed potatoes, green beans, and a Penne Arrabiatta. The restaurant's regular menu of Italian classics will also be available. 

Oaken Bistro + Bar

Oaken Bistro + Bar will be open on Thursday, November 24 for Thanksgiving diners on the North Shore. Breakfast service will be available from 6:30 am - 3 pm, lunch will be available from 11 am - 3 pm and dinner will be served from 3 pm - 10 pm. Diners will have the chance to order fare including the Red Wine Braised Short Rib or the PEI Mussels, served alongside a variety of specialty cocktails, wines, and local beer offerings. 


The Humboldt Park neighborhood Italian restaurant lead by Chef Matt Troost is offering single serving take and bake meal kits available for pickup on Wednesday, November 23, between 5-10PM.
