Tesori Trattoria and Bar has recently launched a new fall menu. The Loop-located restaurant features seasonally-driven Italian cuisine from new Executive Chef Carlos Ysaguirre. Highlights of the menu include antipasti (chicken liver pate; pork belly and chicken meatballs; charred octopus; eggplant caponata), house-made pastas available in two portion sizes (bolognese lasagne; smoked beef brisket ravioli; tagliatelle with roasted wild mushrooms; pappardelle with lamb ragu), red and white Neapolitan-style pizzas (margherita; prosciutto; brussels sprouts; house made duck sausage) and main dishes (pan-roasted salmon; charred Berkshire pork ribs; duck breast saltimbocca; crispy Amish chicken thighs; NY strip loin). For those with dietary restrictions, the menu offers an array of gluten-free and vegetarian dishes.
Tesori's beverage program includes a bevy of Old Fashioned cocktails, signature libations, Italian/local craft brews, and wine on tap, by glass and bottle.
