The Chicago Sinfonietta will be taking over the bar at Lagunitas Brewing Company on Monday, February 18 from 5:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.
A full bar takeover open to the public for just $20 in advance and $25 at the door, the event will feature music, networking, food, Lagunitas brews and a raffle for a night of fun with young professionals in Chicago. Proceeds from the event will benefit Chicago Sinfonietta's education and outreach programs that serve diverse and underrepresented populations.
Through educational and outreach programs, Chicago Sinfonietta provides thousands of children and adults with the opportunity to learn about and experience classical music. Chicago Sinfonietta's programming is designed to steward the next generation of diverse musicians, conductors, administrators, and patrons of classical music - from their formative years in elementary school to the beginning of their professional careers throughout the country by engaging with students inside their classrooms, at schools, and at concerts, to empower them to affect change in their families and communities.
