Tap into Zen at Howells & Hood, August 26

Celebrating its last weeks before the Tribune Tower is officially turned into condos, Howells & Hood partners with Zen Yoga Garage to offer a beer yoga class on Sunday, August 26 from 10-11 a.m. A $25 ticket reserves a spot for a yoga class at the restaurant led by one of Zen Yoga Garage’s amazing instructors, along with a glass of beer from a local brewery. Tickets can be purchased here. 

Following the class, a representative of the beer bar will chat through tasting notes and beer basics.
