Throughout the entire month of February, Tanta will be hosting a “Pisco Month” in honor of National Pisco Sour Day on Saturday, February 3. From Thursday, February 1 through Thursday, February 29, guests will be able to choose from a series of pisco-based cocktails that are available only during the month of February. A portion of the pisco-based cocktail sales will directly benefit Peru’s Pachacútec Culinary Institute.

Joining Tanta’s classic Pisco Sour will be: Maracuya Sour (a spin on the classic accentuated with passion fruit puree), Chicha Sour (made with chicha morada), Lychee Sour (where the classic pisco sour and lychee puree converge), Togarashi Sour (a Nikkei upgrade with togarashi, a Japanese spice), Prickly Pear Sour (creating a tropical pisco spin), and Royal Sour (made with a premium “mosto verde” pisco). Tanta will also be offering two holiday-inspired pisco-based cocktails, only available during the week of February 12 – King Cake Sour for Mardi Gras and Pisco Sour Catedral for Valentine’s Day.
