Tanta Cocina Peruana Celebrating Peruvian Cuisine with Cebiche Week, June 22-28

Celebrate Cebiche Day with a week of specials that pay tribute to Peru's three culinary regions: the Coast, the Andes, and the Amazon. From June 22 - 28, Tanta will be offering three different cebiches for $28 each, to honor each region leading up to Cebiche Day on June 28th. The specials are: 

• Cebiche Norteno - catch of the day, leche de tigre nortena-style, sweet corn fritter, Peruvian white beans, and crispy plantain chips
• Cebiche Los Andes - salmon, rocoto leche de tigre, chocolate, purple potato chips, and artichokes
• Cebiche Amazonico - catch of the day, Amazonian mishkina leche de tigre, chorizo powder, crispy tostones, and mango-jicama chalaca
