National Ceviche Day is celebrated on Wednesday, June 28th at River North’s Tanta. Offering four different types of ceviche (known as “cebiche” in Peru), guests can select a variety of spins, including Tanta’s classic cebiche (Peru’s national dish), shrimp, squid, and octopus cebiche (Limeño), tuna, avocado, and cucumber cebiche (Nikkei), or Tanta’s vegetarian cebiche (Vegetariano).
