Taco 'Bout Beer and Bourbon Dinner at Tallboy Taco

Let's taco 'bout beer and bourbon! On Tuesday, December 27 at 7:30 p.m., Tallboy Taco in River North will welcome Lagunitas and Jim Beam for a special "Beer & Bourbon" beverage and taco tasting. The event will begin with a Winter's Harvest welcome cocktail (Jim Beam Double Oak Twice Barreled Bourbon, Lagunitas 12th of Never Ale with brown sugar, molasses and lemon juice), followed by several beer-inspired tacos paired with Lagunitas brews. To finish, Chef Tim Hockett will feature a Jim Beam Double Oak Twice Barreled bread pudding. The complete menu is outlined below.
