Table at Crate has launched a new spring menu inspired by the season:

Cocktails: 

  • Spicy Guava Margarita: Corazon tequila, guava, lime, jalapeño

  • Blueberry Fizz: Mare capri gin, lemon, mint, blueberry

  • Prickly Pear Spritz: Tito's vodka, passion tea, prickly pear, prosecco

  • Dragonberry Cosmo: Smirnoff cucumber-lime vodka, dragon fruit, cranberry, lemon

For The Table:

  • Burrata: mandarin oranges, corn chip togarashi, chili crunch

  • Heirloom Tomatoes: feta cheese, cucumber, pickled red onion, urfa chili vinaigrette

  • Seasonal Flatbread: pork shoulder bacon, stracciatella, arugula, fig jam

Mains:

  • Steak Coulotte: roasted corn relish, avocado smash, pickled fresno pepper

  • Branzino: aji verde, fennel & grapefruit herb salad

  • Cavatelli: pesto, peas, asparagus, pecorino romano, citrus breadcrumb

For dessert, a Lemon Pound Cake made with strawberry coulis, candied pecans, and vanilla gelato.
