Wine Collaboration Dinner French American Edgewater

Brasserie by C&C (5940 N. Broadway Street), located in Edgewater, will hold a summer wine dinner featuring Tablas Creek Vineyard on Wednesday, August 2. Starting at 6 p.m., guests will be provided a welcome drink (Patelin de Tablas Rosé), followed by a four course meal featuring locally inspired dishes by chefs Brad Newman and Jesse Lee. The menu, includes yellow beet borscht, razor clams, plum lacquered lamb shoulder, and pb&j pots de creme. Each course is paired with a Tablas Creek wine selection (Patelin de Tablas Blanc; Vermentino; Patelin de Tablas Rhone Blend) and Sidecar cocktail.

The dinner is $130 per person; reservations may be made on OpenTable.
