Swift & Sons to Host Champagne & Italian Wine Dinner, September 21st

Fulton Market steakhouse, Swift & Sons, is hosting a Champagne & Italian Wine Dinner on September 21st, showcasing Champagnes from Charles Heidsieck alongside Italian wines by Bibi Graetz.

Chris Pandel and team have curated a menu to compliment the evenings featured bubbly pours, kicking off with a caviar amuse and following with roasted scalloped and lamb leg.

Philippe André, the United States Ambassador for Charles Heidsieck, will be on-site to guide guests through each pairing, which include two vintage Champagnes and feature the Rare 2008.
