Swift & Sons’ head bartender, Adam Pomajzl will be dishing out this custom low-proof cocktail all Negroni Week long via the restaurant’s happy hour menu but you can make it at home too:

1oz Campari
1oz Sweet Vermouth
Stirred, Up or on a Large Cube, Orange swath garnish
