Chicago-based Sommarøy Spirits and Swift & Sons are teaming up for Negroni Week to offer a mid-strength negroni that uses gin that’s only two-thirds the alcohol of traditional spirits. 

Swift & Sons’ head bartender, Adam Pomajzl will be dishing out this custom low-proof cocktail all Negroni Week long via the restaurant’s happy hour menu but you can make it at home too:

Sommarøy x Swift & Sons Low Proof Negroni (Ingredients)

  • 1oz Sommarøy Gin
  • 1oz Campari
  • 1oz Sweet Vermouth
  • Stirred, Up or on a Large Cube, Orange swath garnish
