Sushi | Bar Hospitality has announced the expansion of their omakase experience. Set to open in Chicago on October 20, reservations for this experience are available to book now. The omakase-style, speakeasy concept will be within the Lady May (405 N. Wabash Avenue) restaurant.

Sushi | Bar Chicago will host 12 guests per seating for a 17-course omakase experience showcasing fresh fish sourced and flown in weekly via markets across the world including Japan, Australia, and California. The nigiri offerings change with the season and availability, but feature signatures like an Aged Bluefin Akami with dehydrated red miso and everything bagel spice; Hokkaido Scallop with white truffle salt, shaved black truffle and truffle caviar; and A5 Wagyu with brown butter miso. 

Nightly diners will be offered a selection of available drink pairings including sake, cocktails, wine, and beer. Guests can arrive 20-minutes prior to their designated seating for a welcome cocktail.
