Strings Ramen rolls-out the ramen with its new, limited-time-only autumn special: Aki Tokusei Ramen.
Created by executive chef Katie Dong, Aki Tokusei Ramen features a rich, slow-simmered lobster and tomato base made with chicken broth, topped with super lump crab meat, crispy french onions, sun-dried tomatoes, and a creamy onsen tamago egg, $18.95. Turn it into Surf and Turf Ramen, by adding Filet Mignon slices ($3.95 additional, available Lakeview only) or Duck Breast (no additional charge, available Chinatown only).
