Underground dining concept Sunday Dinner Club partners with Half Acre Beer Company on Monday, May 21 to host an Italian Beef night at the Half Acre Lincoln tap room (4257 N. Lincoln). Chefs Christine Cikowski and Josh Kulp will be making their take on an Italian Beef with local beef, housemade giardiniera, and garlic aioli on a hoagie bun served with jus for dipping as well as a spring potato salad and rhubarb oatmeal cookie with a marshmallow center. Tickets are $30 and include food as well as four 10 oz. pours of any Half Acre beers on tap.
