What to Know About Sunda New Asian Celebrates AAPI Month in May

In celebration of Asian Pacific American Heritage Month in May, Sunda New Asian River North and Fulton Market is offering a limited-time lineup of dishes. Sunda is also participating in this year's AAPI Restaurants Week, May 16-25, 2025. AAPI Restaurants Week is OCA Greater Chicago’s 10-day dining showcase of AAPI-owned restaurants around the Chicagoland area during Asian American and Native Hawaiian/Pacific Islander Heritage Month. Chicagoans can sample various cuisines, learn about the history of AAPIs in Chicago, and support their local businesses.
