Macello, located in the West Loop on Lake Street, hosts a weekly "summer of wine" tasting event from 5:30-7 p.m. every Thursday. This complimentary happy hour gathering includes a sampling of a red and a white wine, both from a different region of Italy each week (Macello plans to explore Piedmont, Sicily, Friuli, among other areas).
