"Summer of Wine" at Macello

Macello, located in the West Loop on Lake Street, hosts a weekly "summer of wine" tasting event from 5:30-7 p.m. every Thursday. This complimentary happy hour gathering includes a sampling of a red and a white wine, both from a different region of Italy each week (Macello plans to explore Piedmont, Sicily, Friuli, among other areas). Participating guests will also enjoy light bites, such as olives, taralli and cheese. 

The backyard patio is open, featuring antique Peroni posters, tables with umbrellas and lush florals.
