MONEYGUN

After three years, MONEYGUN adds 10 more drinks to create MONEYGUN XL. On Thursday, June 26th from 5pm-2am, join MONEYGUN founder Will Duncan and Beverage Director Donavan Mitchem for a party to celebrate MONEYGUN XL and be the first to try their spins on classic drinks including a Painkiller, Clover Club, Brooklyn and Duncan’s personal fave, an Appletini, and more to round out the new menu.

In addition, they will also debut an all-new version of their mirrored menu wall, designed by Chicago artist Anna Michal Paul at Butter Fudge Designs. Throughout the evening, 50% of proceeds from each new drink sold will benefit Center on Halsted, the #MGCC charity for June. From 8-10pm, complimentary bar bites will be served and strike your best pose with a free photo booth.

The Ruin Daily

The Ruin Daily has been stirring up some new additions to the drink menu including:

  • Hanksy Panksy: Created by Beverage Director Dylan Stewart, the Hanksy Panksy is a combination of Lastau Sherry, Amaro Averna (an Italian digestive), and Amaro Di Angostura bitters.
  • Carrot Moment: The star of the Carrot Moment is Prairie Vodka, a handcrafted spirit free from harmful chemicals, gluten and GMOs, results in a healthy-ish cocktail. This drink is mixed with lemon, carrot and Barrow’s Intense Ginger.

The Promontory

Snag a spot on The Promontory’s patio and soak up the sun with new cocktails including:

  • Champs-Elysees- The Champs-Elysees, named after the road in Paris connecting the Place de la Concorde to the Arc de Triomphe, has now been modernized with new flavors for summertime at The Promontory. Made with aged brandy from Copper and Kings Brandy Company in Louisville, Kentucky, this drink combines green chartreuse, lemon, and ango to make a herbaceous summer thirst-quencher.
  • Reverse Manhattan- Combining Carpano Classico with smooth, Ambler bourbon, bitters and cherry, this riff on a traditional Manhattan flips the ratio, making it a slightly lighter cocktail while still keeping the rich and complex flavor. With Italian vermouth as the base of this drink, guests can taste the bright fruit character and subtle bittering spice.
