Cactus Bar and Grill will hold a beer tasting event that features locally made summer brews. On Thursday, June 30, Andrew Quackenbush, a representative from Heartland Beverage, will be on site from 5-7 p.m. sampling four of his favorites and will discuss Chicago's beer scene.
Chef Glenn Pistorio's menu (guacamole; short rib nachos; chicken tortilla soup; southwest cobb salad; shrimp taco salad; fish tacos; chipotle bison burger; blackened mahi sandwich) will be available until midnight.
