Available now through September 27, LondonHouse is celebrating the season with its Summer Afternoon Tea experience at Bridges Lobby Bar. It offers a picnic-inspired spread of seasonal bites, premium teas, and views of the Chicago River.
Served in two courses, guests begin with a basket of fresh pastries and scones accompanied by strawberry chamomile preserves, lemon curd, and clotted cream, followed by a classic three-tier tower of savory and sweet selections. Seasonal highlights include a Roasted Poblano Croqueta with potato croqueta, roasted poblano, chihuahua cheese and cilantro aioli, as well as Crab Tostada with corn tortilla, guacamole, mango and lump crab.
The experience is paired with a curated selection of premium teas from Rare Tea Cellar, including summer-inspired blends like Emperor's Lemon Meritage, Berry Meritage, and Chamomile.
