Taureaux Tavern has been giving back to the community every month with a specialty cocktail, and they continue this tradition for Independence Day with a partnership with Honor Flight Chicago. Throughout July, guests have the choice of three red, white and blue libations as part of the “Vive la Revolution” special cocktail menu. For every cocktail ordered, Taureaux Tavern will donate $1 to this organization whose mission is to Honor, Thank and Inspire by building awareness and appreciation of the debt of gratitude America owes its veterans for their service and sacrifice for our nation.

  • Red - Negroni de la Révolution - Fords Gin, Sweet Vermouth, Campari

  • White - La Révolution Martini - Ford's Gin, Dry Vermouth

  • Blue - Aviation de la Révolution - Ford's Gin, Maraschino & Violette Liqueur, Lemon Juice

FURRY FRIENDS WELCOMED

Summertime allows for dining out on Taureaux Tavern’s pergola, and everyone’s four-legged friends are invited to join too. With Taureaux Tavern’s canine menu, pups can have a meal alongside their owners on the patio. Made-to-order meals include chopped hamburger patty, chopped grilled chicken breast, scrambled eggs and steak bites.

KARAOKE NIGHT

Taureaux Tavern has added Karaoke Night to its summer lineup. Karaoke begins every Thursday night on the patio at 5pm and will last as long as guests are willing to sing. Tables and chairs will be arranged “theater style” with a satellite bar in the center against the dining room windows. In addition, Happy Hour will be extended to all karaoke participants to help those needing a little “liquid courage” to belt out their favorite tunes. Lawn games will also be available to play, including cornhole and connect four. 

GOURMET DAYS

Taureaux Tavern’s three-course meals will continue this summer. June’s menu has extended into July. It showcases a variety of Mexican-inspired dishes for customers to enjoy for $59. It includes a Flautas de Papa appetizer and a Pasilla Skirt Steak entree, topped off with a Mexican Hot Chocolate Panna Cotta for dessert. The meal is offered Monday through Friday.
