Studio Three, a boutique wellness innovation, has announced that Alexandra Curatolo – owner of Pilsen-based Belli’s – will soon open her organic juice bar concept in both the company’s River North (648 N. Clark St.) and Lincoln Park (2401 N. Halsted St.) locations.

“We are thrilled to welcome the Belli’s team to these two locations,” said Studio Three CEO David Blitz, who conducted a comprehensive search for prospective food and beverage operators. “We were immediately drawn to Alex’s commitment to nourishing others and the care with which she sources and uses her ingredients. Parallel to Studio Three’s quality wellness experience is the familial sense of community fostered by our members. To introduce another place within our locations where they can meet before or after class for an impeccably prepared coffee, juice or energizing smoothie is a win for all.”

Curatolo offers fresh bottled juices, superfood smoothies, acaí bowls and other plant-based prepared items.

Belli’s Studio Three locations will feature a menu tailored to the fitness-oriented membership community, with a host of special juices, smoothies, bowls, toasts, coffees and prepared foods available.

“Our new locations within Studio Three are a natural expansion of the Belli’s brand,” said Curatolo. “As a committed athlete myself, I rely on plant-based nutrition to fuel up and help with recovery from intense training, so the menus at Studio Three reflect this ethos,” she said.

“I believe in the power of healing with plant-based foods and have dedicated my life to providing these options to those around me, all while continually learning and sharing my knowledge with others along the way.”

Belli’s is slated to first open at the River North location in late July. The Lincoln Park outpost will follow in August. The new locations will be open Monday-Friday from 6:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. and 7 a.m. to 2 p.m. on weekends.
