Strings' decadent new Hiyashi Kingfeatures Strings' homemade, secret-recipe ramen noodles, served chilled and tossed with yuzu soy, topped with fresh Alaskan king crab meat, ikura (red caviar), uni (sea urchin), teamed with cucumber jalapeño salad, scallion oil drizzle and nori furikake, $21.95.
This new summer special joins a line-up of other warm weather optionss at Strings, including a variety of yaki sobas, sashimi and meat rice bowls, maze soba and more.
