Strings Ramen Celebrates 10-Year Anniversary

Strings Ramen kicks-off its 10-year anniversary, launching a brand-new 10-year Anniversary Ramen. Since its 2014 opening in Chinatown, Strings has expanded to 4 Chicagoland locations: Chinatown, Lakeview, Hyde Park, Aurora, along with outposts in Madison, WI  and Purdue (West Lafayette), IN. 

Strings offers almost 2-dozen varieties of ramen, including their Tonkotsu Ramen, and fiery-hot Hell Ramen, along with a variety of meat and seafood donburi rice bowls and more. Strings' new 10-year Anniversary Ramen features creamy-rich beef bone broth, tender Wagyu beef shank, and bone-in beef back rib. Topped with daikon, spicy pickles, tamago, scallions, red ginger, and drizzle of special spicy sauce.
