Mondays through Thursdays in March, from 11am to 4pm, Strings offers four of their top ramen favorites for just $9.95. Choose from Shoyu Ramen with pork kuro buta (usually $12.95), Miso Ramen with shredded turkey (usually $13.95), and Strings' famous spicy-hot Hell Ramen Level One with ground pork and crispy-fried pork skin (usually $13.95), or Vegetarian Hell Ramen Level One (usually $13.95).
In 2017, Strings opened a second location in Chicago's Lakeview neighborhood, at 919 West Belmont Avenue, and in 2018, a Madison, Wisconsin outpost, at 311 North Frances Street.
