Craft Beer American Hinsdale

Fuller House in downtown Hinsdale is holding a spring beer dinner featuring California's Stone Brewing. On Tuesday, April 26, participating guests will enjoy a welcome beer, followed by four courses (buffalo shrimp; blood orange, arugula and fennel salad; roasted porchetta; chocolate stout pudding) paired with Stone beer. Brewery representative Nick Scofield will discuss the philosophies of Stone Brewing as well as the various pairings. The cost to attend the dinner is $50 and reservations are required.
