Small bite menu items include Side of FriesHomemade Salt and Vinegar Potato ChipsChili FriesBowl of Chili with beef, pork, beans, chipotles, pickled corn, and lime crema, and Welsh Rarebit Toast with an option of a fried egg. Big Bite menu items include a Diner Burger with fry sauce, shredded lettuce, old style onions, American cheese, and dill pickle, Smoked Kimchi “Polish” with scallion and cabbage slaw, sesame citrus vinaigrette, and crispy pork rinds, Grilled Italian Sausage with stewed peppers, parmesan, and pesto, and the SLCT House Bratwurst with caramelized onions, mustard pickled fennel, and chives.
