The unique "Stamp of Approval" libations, launching on January 2, are poured over an oversized ice cube stamped with the III Forks logo. The cocktails include: Hye & Dry (Garrison Brothers Small Batch Bourbon, Luxardo Maraschino Liqueur, Dry Vermouth, Cointreau and Peychaud’s Bitters chilled and served over a III Forks stamped cube, $14); and Old Fashioned (Woodford Reserve, simple syrup and Peychaud’s, chilled and served over a III Forks stamped cube, $13).
