Experience a special selection of Staglin Family Vineyard's Chardonnay and Cabernet Sauvignon paired with a four-course meal created by Executive Chef Mario Hernandez. The evening will begin with a reception with passed hor d'oeurves in The Esquire Champagne Room at 7:00pm.

The menu includes:

-Deconstructed Clam Chowder with fried leek and lemon infused Staglin olive oil

-Crispy Pork Belly with red cabbage, parsnip puree and garlic cracklins

-Confit of Duck Cavatelli with crispy prosciutto, truffled farm fresh egg and Staglin olive oil

-Blue Cheese and Dark Chocolate Ensemble with port brined fig and candied walnuts

Tickets: $250 per person + tax and gratuity
