In lieu of the daily deals, Mac’s Wood Grilled offers Irish-inspired specials on Saturday, March 11, the day of the City of Chicago St. Patrick's Day Parade, and Friday, March 17, St. Patrick’s Day. Specials include $6 Jameson Irish whiskey shots, $6 Guinness stout drafts, $8 corned beef sandwiches and $12 corned beef and cabbage dinners. The bar is open from 11 a.m.-3 a.m. March 11 and from 11 a.m.-2 a.m. March 17.
Mac’s sister bar, Tuman's Tap & Grill, also offers Irish-themed specials on Saturday, March 11 and Thursday, March 17 in celebration of St. Patrick’s Day. Specials on both days include $6 Jameson Irish whiskey shots, $6 Guinness stout drafts, a $12corned beef sandwich, and a $14 corned beef and cabbage dinner. Additional specials on March 17 include $8 minted pea soup. The bar is open from 11 a.m.-3 a.m. March 11 and noon-2 a.m. March 17.
