In honor of the day dedicated to drinking and debauchery (…aka St. Patrick’s Day),
Fremont will open its doors bright and early at 8 a.m. on Saturday, March 12. Pre-purchase tickets are available for
$30 per person online through Green Curtain Events. Each
ticket includes an exclusive package, consisting of six top-shelf drink vouchers
that can be redeemed for cocktails or you-call-its and an
expansive food buffet boasting Irish favorites (offered until 1 p.m.),
made complete with live entertainment.
Located just steps from the River, the bi-level design of Fremont
feature a retractable roof. Guaranteed
entry will be offered until 11 a.m.; drink vouchers
must be redeemed by this time. Guests are encouraged to purchase tickets in advance, as ticket price may fluctuate.
Fremont is expanding its Brunch Buffet an extra day, kicking off Sunday Brunch, just
in time to cure post-St. Patrick’s Day hangovers. Beginning Sunday, March 13, (from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.), Chicago brunch-lovers can enjoy the expansive all-you-can-eat offerings for
$35 per person. Sure to cure the remnants of a night out, the endless supply include: an
omelette station, Doughnut Vault tower, smoked brisket station,
seafood tower, waffle bar and coffee bar.
Additionally, guest can indulge their “hair of the dog” with a $15 champagne package and DIY bloody Mary bar, all the while
enjoying music spun by local DJs. Reservations are accepted and encouraged ahead of time via
Fremont’s Reservation page.
